Biodiverse began with a simple belief: quality fashion shouldn't cost the earth - literally or figuratively. What began as a personal passion soon grew into a purpose-driven platform. We work with a thoughtful eye and green heart, stocking brands and pieces that align with our values. You can find us online and occasionally at select local markets in Victoria, where our pieces can be appreciated in person.

Are all your items second-hand?

Yes, all items are pre-loved and carefully inspected for quality. Some pieces may be vintage or barely worn, while others are gently used.

How do you ensure the quality of the clothes?

Each item is hand-inspected for wear, damage, and cleanliness. Only items in good to excellent condition are listed for sale.

What sizes do you stock?

We stock a wide range of sizes, depending on what’s available. Each listing includes detailed sizing information and measurements to help you choose the right fit.

How do I know if an item will fit me?

We provide measurements for every item. Please compare these to your own clothing or body measurements for the best fit.

Can I return or exchange items?

Due to the nature of second-hand items, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item is not as described, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship within Australia only, however, we are looking to expand soon.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

What if I want to donate some clothes?

Perfect, if you're focused on reducing waste and want it to support circular fashion:

  • You donate your clothes outright
  • We handle the sorting, cleaning, and listing
  • 100% of profits go toward running the store and supporting sustainability initiatives
  • No payment or credit is given

Ideal if you’re decluttering and want to make a difference without the admin.

Do you offer pick-up?

We review these requests on a case-by-case basis.

Are the photos of the actual item?

Yes. All photos are taken of the exact item you’ll receive, so you can see its condition clearly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay (if applicable).

Do you have a shopfront I can visit?

We’re an online-only store at the moment, but we occasionally pop up at local markets and events.

What type of clothing do you accept?

Before donating, please review the types of items we accept. We look for:

  • Clothing in clean, wearable condition
  • No stains, rips, pilling, or broken zips
  • Timeless or quality fashion (brands, vintage, or good-condition)
  • Seasonal items welcome all year
  • No underwear, socks, or swimwear (unless new with tags)
