Refund policy
At biodiverse, we operate in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), where you are entitled to a refund if the item is faulty, significantly different from how it's described, but not if you change your mind. We recognise pre-loved clothing contains minor imperfections however, if you believe your item falls under a major fault as defined by the ACL, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it and we will work with you to resolve the matter.
